Our Pay Equity Standards
Flying Leap practices pay equity for all artists and administrators. We define pay equity as:
Meeting the W.A.G.E. guidelines (https://wageforwork.com/)
Meeting/exceeding comparable union/guild contract rates when available
Paying at minimum a living wage for each worker’s area based on the MIT living wage calculator. (https://livingwage.mit.edu/)
Base pay for all workers is never less than $15/hour.
Financial Transparency
We practice Open Book Management; relevant budgets are made available to employees, contractors, and partners for review at any time.
